INFORMATION REGISTRATION

General Entry Requirements

1.  Having degree in high school or equal (without age limitation)

2.  Having letter of Healthy recommendation from entrust hospital (Azra Hospital)*

3.  Having letter of Free Narcotics recommendation from entrust hospital*

4. Pass the prerequisite examination (English, Psycho Test, General Knowledge and Interview)

*coordination by BHI 

Specific Requirements

1.  Able to be full time student

2.  Able to complete degree in exacting period

3.  Able to funding all expenses, which has been agreed

Fees for following test entered BHI is RP. 100.000,00 per person per test
